It was a pleasure working with Top Dawg pressure washing. Phoning to get a quote, getting a mutually acceptable date for the work to be done and finally the day the work was to be done was seamless. Impressive customer service! Response time to inquiry was almost instantaneous and we received a text the day before our appointment to ensure everything was still a go. The day of our appointment we received a text saying they were about 10 mins away which would make their arrival right on time! The two young men that cleaned our gutters were polite, friendly and respectful of our property and got right to work upon arrival. Saw this company on Facebook and requested a quote. Tony followed up right away to set up an appointment, gave us a fair quote and had our service completed in the same week. Communication was excellent, showed up on time, did a great job and even provided pictures to show work completed we wouldn’t be able to see.
