Prior to your appointment, please:
- Close your windows and doors, and remove window screens (if we are washing the house or exterior windows)
- Remove any delicate plants or belongings that could be damaged or shouldn’t get wet
- Make sure pets are inside
- Move your cars out of the driveway (if necessary)
- Ensure gates are unlocked
- Provide access to an outside water spigot

Yes, we have $2 million in liability insurance and full WorkSafe BC coverage.
We are happy to provide both in-person and instant online quotes! We would love the opportunity to meet you and go over your project, but we can conveniently also send a remote quote.
Each job is unique. The time it takes to complete the service depends on many factors, such as the size of the surface and the amount of buildup. Our technicians will work diligently on your property until they deliver the best possible results.
We recommend having your house washed at least once per year. This provides consistent protection from harmful algae, mold, and other contaminants.
Day Of Service
No, for your convenience, you do not need to be home. On the day we arrive, please:
- Close your windows and doors
- Remove any delicate plants or belongings that could be damaged or shouldn’t get wet
- Make sure pets are inside

- Ensure gates are unlocked
- Remove window screens if we are washing your windows
- Provide access to an outside water spigot
Many of our customers use well water. When our team arrives, they’ll check the well to ensure it can handle our process. If there are any issues, we’ll notify you immediately.
We monitor the weather closely and check radar updates. Often, weather predictions are off. Our team works in wind and rain. However, if the weather is too extreme, our office staff will reach out to reschedule the service.

We do not pressure wash roofs as it can cause damage to the asphalt shingles. Instead, our roof treatment neutralizes moss and mildew at their roots, allowing the grime to fall off the roof naturally over time.

Billing and Payment Information
We accept a variety of payment methods for your convenience:

We also offer the option to store your payment information for future jobs, making it easier for you to book our services again.
Deposits are only required for Christmas light projects. For all other services, payment is due upon completion of the service.
Payment is typically due at the time of service completion. Our team will notify you when the job is finished and will provide an invoice with a breakdown of the services rendered.
Yes, after completing the service, we will provide you with a detailed digital invoice for your records. This will outline the services performed, the total cost, and any taxes applicable.
